At Seybert's Billiard Supply, we want you to be fully satisfied with your equipment; if you are not happy with your purchase, you can return most items in new condition within 30 days.
Request Authorization
Log into your account or contact our customer support team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping items back.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags, accessories, and protective cases are included to qualify for a full refund.
Label and Ship
Clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the box and ship the package to our warehouse using a trackable shipping method of your choice.
Inspection and Refund
Once our cue specialists inspect the returned goods for quality and condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.
